Inked and Colored Wolverine

I did not draw this. A friend of mine teaches art to middle schoolers, and one of her students drew this in pencil. I merely traced it, and then colored it.

Hope Floats

    A friend of mine took an amazing picture of her daughter during a canoe trip. If you haven't figured it out, her name is Hope, and they named the boat after her.

Placing that duck is a lot harder than it looks

I made it smudged and a little darker.

Once again, she is thirteen.

I changed the colors, and made things more popping. Every color was a different layer.

This article on Huffpo made me realize that the best way to save the environment is more animals. Of course if they kidnap your girlfriend, and then force you to become a plumber... all the freaking better. 

I was asked to make some flyers for my Dad's optical.

Green for Turtles, but not any specific one.

This one is by and far the best. I really like it, and look forward to finishing it up for the flyer. I used this picture as a basis.

This is such a downer.

I made this one using a tutorial I found online to make waves. I have to admit there is a lot of failure in the art.

A friend got this picture take right before she graduated from college. We all joked that it was perfect for a meme. 

I made another piece for a deviantart competition. It took me 2 weeks to make. I couldn't have done it without the stock provided, so make sure to check out the links on the title blurb.

This wolf is a part of the picture with the elf girl. It's my first time trying to shade, let alone fur. Not bad for a beginner.

Here is a bigger version, check out the eyes. I was really impressed by it.

This is for another competition. I did the tracing for her, and altered a ton of stuff. Her right arm was actually around her sword. Also, she was looking directly at you originally. I will be adding more stuff, like snow, and a background soon. Right now though, this is what I have.

I can't quite figure out how to finish this picture. Any suggestions?

I finally finished the piece. You can see it here. It wasn't working the way I wanted, and I decided to alter what I had for a contest on deviantart. I didn't have to change anything, I just changed what was going to be added. It took a long time, and I felt really nervous throughout the entire thing. It is still good though, and I am happy about that.

Just a color transition chart. I noticed that green and red look amazing together. A friend says that its because yellow and red are close by, but blue and red contrast. 

The coloring begins. I moved the door handle down a bit, and also am both shading, and trick coloring the rocks. This is taking forever.

The outline is now finished. It is time to color this house! Oh yeah!

I am trying to decide if I should include the outline when I am done, or take it out. Any thoughts?

I really enjoy making pictures by looking at the ceiling, and making up patterns. It's sort of like clouds, only less rain is involved.

This thing took forever to upload.

I just realized a few mistakes with the picture. I am fixing them now. The tiles are taking way longer than expected. 

I am working on the roof now. Check out this awesome spectacle of almost looking like I know what I am doing. It would take my friends about 3 hours to do the entire picture, and it is taking me weeks. Go figure.

The picture I am tracing from has a bush right where the gaps are. I am trying to make a nice looking area based on guesses for this spot. So far it is looking nice, but it makes me very nervous.

A little more progress on the house. I will be placing more bricks tonight, but for now, I need to get to writing. And yes, this picture is being done slowly.
